Rules of the Hotel1. Check-out time of our hotel is 12:00. For late check-outs after this time, the hotel has the right to request half of the daily accommodation fee and the hotel guest accepts this amendment.
2. During the stay in our hotel, the hotel guest is not under any insurance guarantee.
3. Guests are responsible for any damages which occur during your stay.
4. There is a safety deposit box at the reception. Please do not leave your valuables in your rooms. Our hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
5. Please hand over the key to the receptionist for cleaning your room. The room where the key is not delivered will not be cleaned. The latest cleaning request is until 16:00.
6. There are no refunds in case of early departure. The hotel management reserves the right to approve refund requests.
7. Pets are not allowed in the rooms. If a guest brings a pet, an extra cleaning fee must be paid at the reception.
